Warranty
- Most products offered by Muzicae come with a manufacturer's limited warranty.
- Warranty time and service vary by manufacturer and product.
- Products under warranty with manufacturing flaws will be repaired free of cost by Authorized Service Centres.
- Customer must present the purchase invoice (and the original Warranty card, if given) for warranty repair.
- Warranty valid only in India.
- Accessories, Batteries, replacement parts, bags, hardware, and stands are not covered under warranty unless claimed by the manufacturer.
- For a warranty issue claim, the Buyer must bear the shipping costs (both forward and return).
This warranty does not cover the following things:
- Warranty does not cover accessories.
- USB cables, power adapters, and other supplementary items are not warranted.
- Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings, and batteries are not covered.
- Regular maintenance, setups, or adjustments are not included.
- Finish damage, cracking, splitting, or warping of wood caused by various factors.
- Harm caused by customization or modification from manufacturer specifications.
- Cleansing of electronic controls or contacts due to exposure to a dirty environment.
- Battery leakage caused damage.
- Normal wear & tear on the instrument, case, or gig bag.
- Instruments with removed, altered, or tampered serial numbers.
- Instruments serviced by unlicensed individuals.
