Refund Policy

  • Muzicae only accepts returns within the initial 7 days following delivery. Returns and refunds are applicable solely for transit damage or defective products.
  • To provide evidence of transit damage, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video. This video will serve as proof and aid us in claiming insurance from the courier company. Without a video, we cannot process the return or refund.
  • If a return is initiated within the first 7 days of delivery, Muzicae will cover the shipping costs. However, for warranty claims beyond this period, the buyer must either bear the shipping charges or send the product to us.
  • In the event that a buyer refuses a package at the door without providing an unboxing video and subsequently claims a refund, Muzicae will refund the amount after deducting the forward and return transit costs.
  • If a buyer provides incorrect information during the purchase, such as the wrong address, pin code, or contact number, resulting in the product's return to our facility, the refund will be processed after deducting the forward and return transit costs.
  • Refunds are initiated the day after we receive the item at our facility. Once processed, the refunded amount will reflect in the buyer's account within 5-8 working days, in accordance with bank norms. Transaction IDs can be provided upon request.
  • All returned items must include the original packaging, owner's manual, and warranty card, displaying no signs of wear or abuse. It is mandatory to include the invoice copy with the returning package. If the invoice copy is unavailable, customers can contact Muzicae Customer Support for assistance.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, except in the case of defects. These include opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, sound cards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas (due to hygiene issues), raw-frame speakers, installed pickups, drumheads and sticks, turntable cartridges, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.
  • Defective components covered under warranty will be repaired after the product evaluation is completed. The servicing time for any pro-audio equipment or musical instrument is variable and depends on the specific error or issue with the product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that have been placed cannot be canceled. The reasons for cancellation are listed below. Cancellation is only permitted under the following circumstances:

  1. We are unable to ship the item to the Buyer's address.
  2. We do not have the product in stock or are experiencing significant shipping delays (pre-orders do not fall into this category).
  3. The Buyer wishes to upgrade to a higher-quality product discovered on Muzicae and is willing to pay the difference in price.
  4. Unpaid orders (Bank Transfer option) can be canceled by contacting us via email, phone, or WhatsApp and providing your order number.
  5. If the goods are in stock and the Buyer wishes to cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances before it leaves our facility, the cancellation and refund will be processed after deducting the Payment gateway charges.
  6. Cancellation will be made after subtracting Payment Gateway Charges and Forward and Return Courier Costs if the merchandise has already left our facility.
